Section 84
<br> not reinstated in service
The following employees shall not continue in service in the following cases:-
(a) In the case of holding a fixed-term post, if the term of such post expires,
(b) If there is sufficient ground that the fugitive is not located or contact cannot be established,
(c) If the registration is revoked by the health-related professional council established according to the prevailing law.
(2) In the case mentioned in clauses (b) and (c) of sub-section (1), the authority should give the information to the concerned employee that an employee is not in service.
